- Plan and manage all aspects of boutique operations including merchandise management, staff management, sales maximization, inventory control, expense control, loss control and visual merchandising
- Optimize sales performances and store’s profitability
- Lead and develop a team of customer-oriented, highly motivated and dynamic staff
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients

- Fluency in English
